Stephine has a decade-long experience in development communication, research, partnerships, and public policy. Over the years, he has led strategic communication efforts for various development programs funded by institutions like USAID, PEPFAR, USDA, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Hilton Foundation, and Hewlett Foundation in Sub-Saharan Africa. He has worked for organizations like the African Development Bank, Palladium Group, Global Communities, among others. Some of the previous programs supported by Steve cut across areas like climate change, energy access, women and youth development, financial inclusion, entrepreneurship, agriculture, public health, policy advocacy, governance and accountability, peace building, and countering violent extremism.

Steve holds an MA in Development Communications from the University of Nairobi. Steve's expertise will be invaluable in ACCESS's strategic communications and membership engagement.
