Our Recruitment Process

Applicants submit their Application Documents on Email according to the requirements on the ToRs for review by ACCESS Coalition.

All submitted applications are reviewed by the recruitments team and the first round of Shortlisting done & candidates contacted further.

Shortlisted applicants are subjected to a thorough technical interview (either/both oral & written tests) judged by a select team of professional and experienced panel of interviewers.
04
Successful candidate(s) are contacted, offered the opportunity to join the amazing ACCESS Team (Secretariat) and later oriented fully into their new Capacity.
