Jason Farr is a Senior Policy and Program Advisor for Oxfam America. Jason works on issues of clean energy access and shifting international financing towards more pro-poor clean energy investments. Prior to joining Oxfam America in January 2019, Jason worked with the Oxfam International DC office conducting research and policy analysis for international financial institution advocacy efforts. Previously, Jason served as a Program Associate at the Institute for Educational Leadership and on the board of Community Foodworks, a Washington, DC-based nonprofit that promotes food access.

He holds an M.A. in Global Environmental Policy from American University, a B.A. in International Studies from Michigan State University, and is currently a fellow of the Clean Energy Leadership Institute.
