In an effort to strengthen the Knowledge and Capacity building vertical of ACCESS, and create a single node for better sharing of knowledge and enabling training around energy access issues, ACCESS, with a group of International and Regional CSOs, is in the process of designing the NGO Learning Group. The Initiative will focus on two aspects to fulfill this purpose: a knowledge function and capacity building function.
